Four ways to work with us.

Most clients take turnkey. The others are here because not every project needs the same thing — a staged build or an owner with their own contractor is a different job, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Residential Interiors

Apartments, villas and renovations — planned around how the house is actually used, not around a moodboard.

We start with how you live: who cooks, where the family collects in the evening, what has to disappear when guests arrive. The drawings follow that. Storage is planned to the item rather than to the metre, so wardrobes fit the wardrobe you own.

Commercial & Retail

Offices, clinics, showrooms and event spaces, designed around the way people move through them.

Commercial work is circulation before decoration. We plan the paths first — customer to counter, staff to store, patient to chair — then design the surfaces that path touches. Compliance, service lines and maintenance access are settled at drawing stage, not discovered on site.

Turnkey Execution

One contract from drawing to handover. One team accountable for the date.

Design and execution under one roof means nobody can blame the other trade. We hold the schedule, coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and civil work, and hand over a finished space on an agreed date with an agreed cost.

Design Consultation

Drawings, specifications and a costed plan — for owners who will run their own execution.

If you already have a contractor, or you are building in stages, you can take the design alone. You get measured drawings, material specifications and a bill of quantities detailed enough for a third party to price and build from.

How it runs

The same four stages, whichever service you take.

  1. 01

    Measure & listen

    A site visit, a measured drawing, and a long conversation about how the space has to work. No design happens before this.

  2. 02

    Design & cost together

    Layouts and 3D views arrive with the bill of quantities attached, so you are never approving a look without knowing its price.

  3. 03

    Build

    One team on site against a dated schedule. Weekly photographs, so you can follow the work without living at the site.

  4. 04

    Snag & hand over

    We walk the space with you, list what is not right, and fix it before handover — not after you have moved in.

Why there are no prices on this page

Interior cost is driven by area, material grade and how much of the existing space is being kept — a per-square-foot figure quoted before anyone has seen the space is a number that will change, and a number that changes is worse than no number. Send us the plan and we will cost it properly, usually within a week.
