Projects
Spaces we haveplanned, drawnand built.
Five completed projects, 76 photographs. Each one lists what was visibly in scope — some were turnkey from first drawing, some picked up a shell.
Lakshmi Infra
A corporate floor where the approach to reception had to feel considered from the lift doors onward — the ceiling does the work the floorplate could not.
A curved reception in solid surface sits under a ribbed timber ceiling that runs the length of the approach, so the corridor reads as arrival rather than as circulation. Behind it: boardrooms, glazed cellular offices and a double-height stair with concealed cove lighting.
In scope
- Reception joinery
- Feature timber ceiling
- Boardrooms
- Glazed partitions
- Stair & atrium
- Lighting design
Lakshmi's Emperia
A banquet floor shown as it is handed over: the ceiling, lighting and stone are the fixed part, and everything above them changes with each booking.
A chevron ceiling raft in dark timber and backlit panel runs over the main hall, with lit chevron columns marking the lobby and counter. The stone floor is laid to a border that squares the room off against a plan that is not quite square.
In scope
- Feature ceiling raft
- Lit columns
- Cove & accent lighting
- Stone flooring
- Lobby & counter
- Drapery
Lounge
A glazed lounge over the atrium, photographed on handover day — the fitted work is complete and the loose furniture is still in its delivery wrap.
A backlit bamboo-tile counter runs the length of the glazing, with a botanical feature wall and painted columns squaring off a chequerboard floor. Timber baffles and cove lighting keep the ceiling from reading as flat under a fully glazed elevation.
In scope
- Backlit counter
- Feature wall
- Chequerboard flooring
- Timber ceiling baffles
- Cove lighting
Gangotri
A sales office for a residential tower, where the visitor has to be sold on the flats before seeing one — so the lobby, the lounge and the show apartment are three registers of the same finish palette.
A double-height glazed lobby with a slatted timber drum and hanging planters gives way to a lounge on a curved timber counter, cellular cabins behind travertine, a home theatre in leather and fluted timber, and a fully fitted show flat with a black marble kitchen. Photographed as stills from the handover walkthrough.
In scope
- Lobby & reception
- Lounge seating
- Cabins & boardroom
- Workstations
- Home theatre
- Show flat kitchen & dining
Rainbow
A paediatric ward floor where every fixed element — bed-head panel, curtain track, gas outlet — is a clinical requirement, and the work was making the room read as anything other than clinical.
Each bed bay gets a backlit tree mural and a green arch with lit niches, over terrazzo and patterned tile floors that hide wear. Cubicle curtains run on ceiling tracks, the bed-head services sit in a timber panel, and the nurse station is a curved solid-surface counter under a continuous light line.
In scope
- Ward bed bays
- Feature murals & arches
- Nurse station
- Bed-head panels
- Flooring
- Lighting
